Know a deserving athlete, coach, or official from Section IX? Review the eligibility criteria below and submit a nomination.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have competed for a Section IX member school.
- Must have graduated at least 10 years prior to the year of nomination.
- Must have competed in Cross Country, spring Track & Field, or winter Track & Field.
- Coaches and officials must have a minimum of 20 years of service to Section IX athletics.
- Must be persons of integrity and good character.
- Primary emphasis is placed on the nominee's high school career.
- Veterans category is available for those who graduated 40 or more years prior to the nomination year.
